Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. During drop periods, processing may take slightly longer due to order volume — you'll always receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping within Greece

Orders within Greece are shipped via ACS and typically arrive within 2–4 business days of dispatch.

Shipping within the EU

Orders shipped to other EU countries (including the UK, Norway, and Netherlands markets we serve) typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

International shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country, and that these are the customer's responsibility and outside REFLECT's control.]

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If tracking hasn't updated within 3 days, contact us at reflectdept@gmail.com .

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the estimated window, contact us at reflectdept@gmail.com within 4 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

Drops

Because REFLECT operates on limited 14-day drops, once a drop period ends, unsold items are removed from the site and are not guaranteed to restock. Shipping timelines above apply once an order is placed during an active drop.
